Refund policy
Full Refunds are only accepted if the product has not arrived or if the item has arrived damaged. If there is any other reason that you are unsatisfied with our service please go to our 'Customer's Guarantee' page
Refunds will only be accepted up to 30 days after a customer has placed an order on our store. Proof of purchase of the item must be shown.
General Shipping Information
For the majority of our products, delivery can range from 7-20 working days depending on your location as we ship worldwide (this may be delayed due to the pandemic outbreak as stated above). However, for some of our exclusive products, shipping is reduced to 3-5 working days, at an expense (which will be made clear in the product's description).
Shortly after you've placed your order you should receive an email giving you an ID tracking number to track your item. Due to a high demand on our store please give us 24-72 hours to receive your email.

If you're not satisfied then we're not satisfied. That's why we are offering a 30 day money back guarantee for any purchases made from the BYOinfluence store.

Please note that our guarantee is only for 30 days from the date the purchase is made. Therefore, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you your money back after 30 days.
